Tenor - Donna McKay
Donna has been singing barbershop for over 25 years. She sang in three previous quartets that went on to become Harmony, Inc.'s International Quartet Champions. Donna is also co-director of the Crystal Chords with her husband, Bill. Donna is a member of the management team at Corning Credit Union.
Donna only uses one chopstick.

Lead - Erin Cassidy
Erin lives in Elmira and works at the Star-Gazette. Erin was born and raised in Baldwinsville, NY and spent most of her high school days singing in musicals, vocal jazz and madrigals. After a 9 year hiatus from singing, she started singing with the Crystal Chords in 2004. This is Erin's first competing quartet and we consider her a "newbie" to barbershop.
Erin can express the square root of -1 as interpretative dance.

Baritone - Anne Leinen
Anne has the exact same quartet bio as Donna. Commonly know as the "bookends", Anne has sung with Donna in her three previous quartets. Anne is a teaching assistant with the Corning School District.
Anne can speak braille.

Bass - Michelle Dunne Sampsell
Michelle grew up in a barbershop family - combined, her parents have sung barbershop for over 35 years. Michelle has been singing with the Crystal Chords for 5 years and this is her 2nd competing quartet. Michelle also works at the Star Gazette.
Anything you can do Michelle can do better.
